When is an Organisation not an Organisation ?

Cursillo is not an organisation, in that it has no definite hierarchy, but rather it is a lay led movement within the Catholic church.

Northern, Southerna and National secretariats have been formed, however, to ensure a common approach across the country and coordinate efforts in the different areas

Local secretariats are responsible for organising weekends in their areas, identifying potential participants and keeping in touch with them after the weekends.
